Having recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Les Carrés in Versailles, I can wholeheartedly share that this self-catering apartment perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comfort. Nestled in the enchanting 18th-century Saint Louis District, its proximity to numerous cafes and restaurants made our evenings out incredibly convenient. The beautifully maintained building, dating back to 1775, featured original elements alongside a lovely terrace for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine and a relaxing lounge area — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby attractions. Paul, our host, was exceedingly accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags ahead of check-in and providing prompt communication, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. I can say this gem is a must-visit for those looking to experience both the essence of historical Versailles and the comforts of home.
